LoveLensAi ("we," "us," or "our") provides an online platform that uses artificial intelligence to analyze and rate photos for dating profiles. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LoveLensAi regarding your use of the website, mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").
2. Eligibility
To use LoveLensAi, you must be at least 18 years old and have a registered user account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

The service is for informational and entertainment purposes only and is not intended to serve as professional or psychological advice.

4.2 Service Tiers
LoveLensAi offers the following service options:
Single Scan One analysis session (2–5 photos)
10-Scan Pack 10 analysis session (2–5 photos)
20-Scan Pack 20 analysis session (2–5 photos)
Users on a free trial plan will receive a limited version of the analysis. Full analysis features are available with any paid plan.
Please note: If you purchasing a scan package after completing an analysis during the free trial, you will need to perform a new analysis to access full features. We do not store original images or trial session data once the session ends.
4.3 Service Limitations
The Service has the following limitations:
Each analysis requires between 2 and 5 photos
All photos must clearly show a face (preferably the same person)
Results are typically delivered within 2-3 minutes, but processing time may vary
The Service focuses on dating profile optimization and not general photo editing
The Service uses advanced image recognition to detect similar photo sets and may return existing analysis results instead of performing new analysis
Photos that are visually similar to previously analyzed sets may receive identical results
The similarity detection is based on perceptual hashing and may occasionally match photos that appear different to the human eye
For privacy reasons, we do not store user-uploaded photos or full analysis details. Dashboard history includes only timestamps of previous sessions, not the results themselves.
4.4 Smart Cache and Duplicate Detection
LoveLensAi employs advanced image recognition technology to detect when similar photos have been previously analyzed:
The system generates cryptographic fingerprints (hashes) of all uploaded photos
When new photos are uploaded, they are compared against existing fingerprints
If similar photos are detected, the existing analysis is returned instead of performing new processing
This system improves efficiency and prevents redundant API usage
Users are not charged additional scans when cached results are returned
The similarity threshold is set to ensure accurate matching while preventing false positives
When a result is retrieved from a previous analysis, a notice will be displayed clearly in the results page. This lets you know when the system reused existing data instead of generating a new analysis.
In rare cases, if the uploaded photos are only slightly different from a previously analyzed set, the system may still consider them a match based on visual similarity. This can lead to reused results that do not fully reflect the new images.
5. Data Handling and Privacy
LoveLensAi does not permanently store any uploaded photos. Photos are sent securely via API to OpenAI for temporary analysis and discarded immediately after processing. However, per OpenAI's data usage policies, input data may be retained for up to 30 days for abuse detection. No personally identifying information is shared or stored unless required by law. 5.1 Photo Storage and Processing
When you use our Service:
Your uploaded photos are temporarily processed through our servers and transmitted securely to OpenAI's API for analysis.
Photos are not saved on our servers and are deleted automatically once the analysis is complete.
We do not store or archive your photos for any purpose — not for training, marketing, or future retrieval.
While we do not store your original photos, we generate and retain cryptographic fingerprints (SHA256 hashes) and perceptual hashes of uploaded images for duplicate detection purposes
These hash values allow us to identify when similar photos are uploaded again without storing the actual images
Hash values are retained indefinitely to improve service efficiency and prevent redundant processing
The hash values cannot be used to reconstruct or identify the original images
Analysis results (scores, feedback, and recommendations) are stored in our database to enable retrieval of existing analysis when similar photos are uploaded again
These stored analysis results contain only AI-generated feedback and scores - no personal identifying information or original photos
Stored analysis data is used solely for improving service efficiency and providing consistent results for similar photo sets
The date and time of each analysis are retained in your dashboard history for your reference
All photo previews and analysis visuals are displayed directly from your browser – we do not store or retrieve images from our servers
This approach ensures your photos remain private while allowing us to provide efficient service through intelligent caching of analysis results.

10.1 Usage Allocation

Note: Unused scans in multi-scan packages will expire 12 months after the date of purchase. We recommend using your scans within this time period.
10.2 Scan Tracking
Your usage is tracked as follows:
Each completed analysis (covering 2–5 photos) counts as one scan
The dashboard displays your current usage and remaining scans
Free trial users have one analysis available
Once you've used your free trial, you'll need to purchase additional scans
Single Scan purchases provide one analysis session
10-Scan and 20-Scan packages provide multiple analyses that can be used at any time
If our system detects that you've uploaded photos similar to ones previously analyzed, you will receive the existing analysis results without consuming a new scan credit
Duplicate detection is based on advanced image fingerprinting technology that compares visual similarity, not just exact file matches
When cached results are returned instead of performing new analysis, your scan quota remains unchanged
This smart caching system helps preserve your scan credits while providing instant results for similar photo sets
10.3 Running Out of Scans
If you have used all your available scans:
You will be notified that you have no remaining scans
You can purchase additional Single Scans or Scan Packs at any time
Your dashboard will show options to purchase more scans
10.4 Scan Expiration
To maintain system efficiency and optimize service delivery, the following expiration policies apply:
Single Scan purchases must be used within 60 days of purchase
10-Scan and 20-Scan packages expire 12 months after the purchase date
Any unused scans at the end of the expiration period will be forfeited without refund
The dashboard will display the expiration date of your scan packages
It is the user's responsibility to monitor their scan expiration dates. Unused scans will expire according to the policy above with or without notification.
If your account remains inactive (no login) for 18 consecutive months, we reserve the right to deactivate the account and remove any remaining scan credits.
11. Intellectual Property
All service content, code, branding, and design are owned by LoveLensAi or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse any part of the service without written permission.

12. Availability and Uptime

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims related to the Service exceed the amount paid by you to LoveLensAi during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability, or $50.00, whichever is greater.
